The terms under which you may download and use the smurg executables and use the web app. The components in them that come from other projects keep their own licenses: see the third-party notices of the executables and those of the web app.

smurg (the smurg executables, the smurg web app and their documentation) is proprietary software. The following terms
apply to the smurg executables and the smurg web app that are made available free of charge.

1. Use. While smurg is a prototype, you may download the smurg executables, install them, and use them and the smurg
   web app, free of charge.

2. Restrictions. You may not redistribute smurg or any part of it, modify it, or decompile, disassemble or otherwise
   reverse engineer it, except to the extent that the law applicable to you allows it regardless of this restriction.

3. No warranty. smurg is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including the warranties
   of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

4. Third-party components. smurg contains third-party software that is provided under its own licenses, not under these
   terms, and nothing in these terms limits your rights under those licenses. The components and their licenses are
   listed in THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt, which is published with each release of the executables and printed by
   `smurg licenses`; the web app's are at /third-party-notices.txt on the web app's own address.
